Hear You Lot! Hear That Lot! Hear The Other Lott!
Come listen as I yell out an A-Mail from our Grand Master who, quite rightly, apologises profusely for completely missing the plot.
Friends, Romers and County Men, I bid you a hearty welcome to our brand spanking new
Dancing Treant Inn
erected with almost indecent haste alongside the buried remains of its predecessor. Please take your time to explore its many nooks and crannies, its hidden delights and its appeal to all ages (excepting perhaps for those too infirm to climb the stairs).
Here, to whet appetites for the adventure ahead, is a taster from the estate-agent's extravaganza on our new Inn and its environs:
* All Mod-Cons
* Entrance Hall
* Bar
* Lounge
* Kitchen
* Banquet Room
* Games Room with Dart-board, Shove-halfpenny, Chess, Snakes & Ladders, Marbles, Card games, Bored games, Monopoly, and of course tree tag and dota
* Indoor Archery Range and Skittles Alley plus strategy of 3 tag and dota
* Gravity-fed latrines
* 13 Single Rooms with on-suite bucket
* Outdoor Jacuzzi and Whirlpool
* Facilities for Treasure Hunting, Body-building, Wrestling, Duelling, Hunting, Fishing, Poaching, Swimming, Diving, Caravaning, Picnicking, poke the infernals, throw your stress by killing ents, playing dota together.
The observant will note that some rare and treasured period pieces have been rescued from the original place, including our two doughty innkeepers, Lord Daffy and Sir Victor the Great!. Unfortunately, however, it was not possible to completely disinfect the old ruins and a few undesirables might continue to stalk the unwary.
